Although online law prohibits this type of activity, one should always use caution and utilize the services of the different Virus Protection Programs and Spyware Tools. In today’s day and age, even with Internet law, using extreme precaution is always necessary when surfing the web.
1. In regards to Privacy, the Internet law says that credit card agencies are to take heed to making sure that the information that they consume is taken in confidentiality. This online law stems from the procedures and permissions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Online law says that the personal information should never be shared with any other sources for any other reason. The online law says that it is illegal for anyone to intercept your e-mail messages in this fashion.
